Retail Meat Trade.
(Per Press Association). Sydney, This Day. A Master Butchers' Organisation has been formed with tbe view of placing the trade on a more satisfactory basis. It is stated meat has gradually risen in price during the last few months, but the retail butchers are getting scarcely any better prices than when it was a hundred per cent cheaper. Business is so bad that about a hundred retail butchers in the city and suburbs have been obliged to close their shops.
