Charge of Using Out-of-date Stamps.
(Per Press Association.) London, Oct 8. Major Evans, philatelist, has written to Mr Chamberlain accusing Mr Cook, the Postmaster General of New South Wales, of debasing philatetic currency by issuing reprints of out-of-date stamps, ppßt-marKed, as if they had been used.
