Pure-bred Stock.
[Per Press Association.] Christchurch, Oct. 3. Mr P. C. Threlkeld, of Flaston, has sold to a North Island buyer about three hundred English Leicester sheep at prices above those obtained for similar stock last year. This is regarded here as showing that the low prices obtained at recent sales of pure-bred sheep in Australia have not affected this colony.
