Fatal Riots in Turkey.

It is feared the Turkish fanatics ia revenge may attack the Europeans,, especially as the police are not likely to be able to control them. A section of the Armenians are taking refuge in churches. ' , ' " It is said the Minister for Foreign Affairs has been dismissed, and Kiamil Pasha appointed in his place. The latter is regarded as one of the best informed Tarkisfc statesmen in touch with ' European feeling and friendly to Eng. land. October' 4. The Patriarch and several armed A'r-~ menians are shut up at the Patriarchate J "*' and refuse? to surrender. The police threaten to storm the place.
