FURTHER ADVANCE IN PRICES. (Per Press Association.) London, October 3. At the wool sales Home competition was extremely keen. The French and German demand is increasing. American buyers do very little. At the opening the advance in some instances was exceeded. Deep shafty scoured merinos are 20, and course crossbreda 25 per cent above the rates ruling at the July series.
