The grounds for the motion were that at the time, of the bankruptcy William Goodwin the younger had no separate estate, and that the transfers were made by the debtor for the purpose of Riving i William Goodwin a preference over the other creditors. Constable Taohy, Clerk of the Conrt of Feilding, gave evidence which showed that two of the debtor's sons sued their father for wages, judgment being confessed.' B.
