The Rabbit Pest.
(Per Press Association.) Brisbane, Sept. 26. There is much anxiety amongst pastoralists at ihe rapid spread of rabbits, and the pest is steadily possessing the north-west and central districts. It is claimed that unless early drastic measures are taken for suppression, all the best pastoral lands will be overrun in a few months. ___________
