Important Land Sale,
The Commissioner of Crown Lands notifies through our advertising columns the sale at the Assembly Rooms here on 15th October of a number of sections in connection with the Kowa, Pnkihikura, and Karewarewa Village. Homestead Settlements on lease in perpetuity conditions, also by public auction for cash three sections grouped in one, containing 3 acres in the Bunnythorpe Village Settlement ; two leases and two reserves, near Birmingham, containing 18 and 40. acres, one on the south bank of the Ran gitikei River, north of Halcombe, containing 36 acres, also, three reserves in in the Township of Bunnythorpe and Apiti, containing from 1 rood to li acres. Then at Meehan's Hall, Ohingaiti, on the 17th October, will be offered on Village Homestead Lease, in perpetuity conditions, the Paukantoro Village Homestead Settlement, 12 sections, situated about half a mile from Mangaweka. At the Rangitikei Council office, Marton, on the 19th October, will be offered by public auction for cash, one section of 80 acres on the Agricultural Reserve, 2J miles from Marton. Further particulars will be found on perusing the advertisement. Plans may be obtained at the principal Post Offices in the district.
