~» — (Per Press. Association.) Christchurch, Sept. 20. The case of Brunt v. Henderson, which was an appeal from the judgment of the Stipendiary Magistrate at Christchurch fining Mr Brunt, publisher of the Weekly Press and Referee, for advertising outside sweeps, was decided by Mr Justice Dennison this morning. His Honor gave judgment dismissing the appeal, with Ml 7s costs.
