The Bordeaux Exhibition is on fire. The ironclad Porthnau which struck on the ways while heing launched at Havre on August 21 has, with the assistance of British tug boats, now been successfully launched. By the explosion of a gas engine at Bordeaux the electric pavilion was destroyed by fire. When returning from a military review to day the populace made an attempt to unharness the horses attached to Gcueral Drugomvioif's carriage with the intention of dragging it themselves but they were prevented by his military escort. Tbe populace gave Princo Lobanoff and General Dragouiroff at the review of the French army. One hundred thousand troops marched past. Bombay, Sop. 20. Tho Governor of Goa, a Portuguese dominion, refusing to guarantee the pay of the men, 500 Portuguese soldiers broke cut in revolt and after shootiug the sentries marched inland. Havanxah, Sept. 20. Marshal Campos has senteuced an American captain to 10 years' imprisonment for running tho Cuban blockade.
