To amend Article 2 of the Articles of Association by striking out the word " Feilding" and inserting in lieu thereof the word " Cheltenham." Proposed by Mr Spencer, seconded by Mr Cuningham, That Article 24 of the Articles of Association be amended by striking out the words " and the fourth Wednesday in March"; That Articles 74, 75, and 76 of the Articles of Association be amended by striking out the word " half " wherever it appears in such articles. Proposed by Mr Spencer, seconded by Mr Jas. Barrow, That Article 27 of the Articles of Association be amended by striking out the words " one- fifth in number of tbe " and-inserting in lieu thereof the word " twenty," and striking out the word " onefifth of the whole number of" and inserting in lieu thereof the words " two hundred."
