A Successful Ruse.
(Per x J ress Association). ] Tangier, Sep. 17. ; During a review outside Fez, at which a brilliant scene was presented by the Sultan of Morocco and his court, the : troops, acting on a secret signal from tho Sultan, suddenly attacked the Yussi tribesmen who were among the spectators. These men have been of a rebellious disposition for a long time. Nine of their leaders were lulled, and seventy others captured. The rest of the tribe submitted.
