Libel Actions.
[Per Press Association.] Christchurch, Sept. 18. In the Supreme Court, Hornsby, editor of the Suu newspaper, was fined £10 and costs, £7 7s, for commenting on the pending libel actiou of Worfchington v. Sun. Dunedin, Sept. 18. The libel case, Knox v. H. S. Fish, was called on at the Supreme Court today, but, owing to the absence of Mr H. MacNeil, was adjourned to a day to be fixed. The libel is alleged to be contained in a letter to Mr 11. MacNeil, of Briscoe and Co., in whose employ Knox is.
