"VTOTICE is hereby given that tho J3l following Resolution, wiiicli was adopted at a Special Meeting of the Council hold on Monday, the IGth September, will be submitted to a meeting of the Council at noon on Wkdxesday, the IGth of October, for confirmation, viz. : — " That a Special Rate of onetwelfth of a penny in the pound be hereby made upon the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property within the Borough of Feilding for the purpose of paying the interest on a loan of £80, to provide one-fifth i the cost of the construction I of a Bridge over the Mangaone Stream on the FeildingAshurst Road, to be borrowed under the " Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," and under clause 113 of the " Public Works Act, 1894 "; such rate to be an annuallyrecurring rite for 2G years and payable in equal instalments on the first days of June and December in each year."
