ING of Shareholders in the above Company will be held in the Cheltenham Public Hall on WEDNESDAY, September 25th, at 8.30 p.m. Business : To Confirm the following Resolutions, passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, September 12th, 1895 :- Proposed by Mr Spencer, seconded by Mr Church, That Clause 2 of the Memorandum of Association be amended by striking out the words "the office of Mr W. A. Sandilands, solicitor, of Fergusson Street, Feilding," and inserting in lieu thereof the words " the Company's Factory, Kimbolton Road, Cheltenham." To amend Article 2 of the Articles of Association by striking out the word " Feilding" and inserting in lieu thereof the word " Cheltenham." Proposed by Mr Spencer, seconded by Mr Cuningham, That Article 24 of the Articles of Association be amended by striking out the words "and the fourth Wednesday in March " ; That Articles 74, 75, and 76 of the Articles of Association be amended by striking out the word " half " wherever it appears in such articles. Proposed by Mr Spencer, seconded by Mr Jas. Barrow, That Article 27 of the Arti cles of Association be amended by striking out the words "one- fifth in number of the" and inserting in lieu thereof the word " twenty," and striking out the word " onefifth of the whole number of" and inserting in lieu thereof the words " two hundred."
