(Per Press Association). * London, Sept. 15. Tallow— Medium mutton, 21s 6d ; beef 20s 6d. The English wheat market is steady, the Continental has an upward tendency, and the American is dull.
The NZ.L. & M.A. Company have received tho following London market cable dated I4th September :— Frozen mea t — Canterbury mutton, 4d per lb ; Wellington mutton, 3}d per lb ; lamb, prime New Zealand, per carcase, 4sd.
