Young Conqueror was foaled in 1885, got by Old Conqueror, dam Olive ; Olive by Surprise out of Wellington mare, whose dam was imported from Tasmania. Olive has taken four first prizes at Ua« wera A. and P. Shows, and has never been beaten in the Show ring. Young Gonqubboe took first prize as a two year- old at Ha wera A. and P.
