The Cardiff Congress.

The Cardiff Congress, by a large majority, rejected a scheme for the : national federation of trade unions, but approved the nationalisation of the land, mines and railways. A motion to rescind the decision of the Congress declining to censure the Parliamentary Committee for the nonexecution of the Collectivist mandate of the Norwich meeting was ruled to be irregular pu technical grounds.
