(Per Pre3s Association.) ISVERCABGILL, Sept. 4. Mr J. W. Bain is convening a meeting of the Southland shareholders in the Colonial Bank tq consider matters affecting their interests in view of the proposal to amalgamate with the Bank ot New Zealand.
