The Minister of Agriculture, in answer i to Mr Lawry, says he is not aware that my loss has been suffered by mannfac- ; burers of bone dust manure in Auckland through a rumour that the ontbreak of inthrax at Waikato was due to the use >f Auckland manure. Such evidence ! is was taken pointed to imported bone lust manure being the ciuse of infection. The department was preparing regulations to prevent the importation ] >f manures likely to spread disease. <
