French Campaign in Madagascar
TERRIBLE CONDITION OF THE FRENCH TROOPS. (Per Press Association). Paris, Sept. 2. Appalling accounts of the sick list of French troops in Madagascar continue to be received, and the mismanagement of the Campaign is provoking a strong feeling. The city newspapers urge an early meeting of the Chamber of Deputies to consider the matter.
