(PEE PBKBS ASSOCIATION.) Chmstchurch, Sep. 1. At a meeting of the Central Dairy Factory the balance-sheet showed that tbe loss was £ 1378. It was stated that £2658 reclamation on butter held over from last season and on this season had been|paid, and that £478 reclamations on this season's is still outstanding. The total amount of milk supplied to the factory for 1894-5 was 16,250,520 gallons, equal to 1,478,2291^)8.
