Tho Servants Registry Bill was read a sec.-.'\d time. b. veral local Bills having been advanced a stage, the Council adjourned till 7 80 to receive the report of the Boundary Committee. Hon Mr Bowen brought up an interim report of the Bank of New Zealand committee, asking for an extension of time until 2.30 to-mcrvow. The extension was granted and the Council adjourned.
