Prime New Zealand lambs are worth per carcase 4;-|d per lb. (Per Press Association.) Losd-n*. August 2(j. Afc yesterday's sales 1725 cases of Australian tallow were put up to auction, 1100 being sold. Medium mutton brought '13s ; medium beef, *20.s Gd. The English wheat market is declining and lifeless, and since Monday last it nas been virtually impossible to sell even at a decline of ls.
