IN past years it was calculated that in the Taranaki district alone, 10,000 calves died annually from the complaint known as " Scour." Two years ogo Mr W. A Ellis, who had a long training in England as a Veterinary Druggist, was asked by the Tars anaki dairy farmers to provide them with a safe and sure remedy for tho " Scour." He at once prepared an old-fashioned well known English remedy now used for the past fifty years by some of the leading breeders at Home. This he in« troduced as his (now celebrated) Scour Drench for Calves. The result was surprising.
