The Christchurch Meat Company and Canterbury Frozen Meat Company have j ; entered into freight contracts with the ' New Zealand Shipping and Shaw Saville ' Companies, which comes into effect at once. The freights now arc per lb winter aud summer, and the first boat under the contract is the Tainui.
