The Proposed Church Union.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION) Christchurch, August 20. The officers of the Bible Christian Church have received a cable from the English Couferencc agreeing to a union of the Church in New Zealand with the Wesleyan aud Free Methodist Commission. Auckland, August 19. SxThc Rev. Ready, chairman of the Bible Christian Convention, has received a cable that the Knglish Conference has consented to a union with the Methodists.
