Tlie Clerk of Probate declined to pass a bequest for holding masses for the repose of testator's soul on the ground that the Act of Edward VI and George IV prohibited it. The Judge held the first named Act was passed agaiust Catholics for the Reformation, aud it was uurcasouable to apply it now.
