The Kucheng Outrages.
(Per i J ress Association). Shanghai, August 18. Several important arrests have been made at Kucheng since the Commissioners of Enquiry arrived. Pout Darwin, This Day. The China mail steamer brings very little fresh news regarding the Kucheng massacre. The leader of the mob refused to show auy clemency, and urged on his men witli the words, "You know your orders; kill them outright."
