Totalisator Bill Rejected.
(Per Press Association.) Melbourne, This Day. Mr Murray moved the second reading of the Totalisator Bill which he strongly urged would put down the evils surrounding racing. Sir J. Patterson warmly denounced the recognition by tue state of vice in any form. The Bill was rejected by a large majority.
