Buckley, a Si-l-.'-.-fj Committee was set up to confer \\h\t a committee from the lower House in considering the relations between the Bank of New Zealand and the Estates Company. The Threshing Machine Owners Lieu Bill and the Counties Act Amendment Bill were read a second time. The Council rose at 4.45 p.m.
