At the Supreme Coitrt to-day Bolafc. Carlyle, housebreaking, was sentenced to two years' ; Jas. Reid was found not guilty of breaking into the Christchurch Museum and stealing gold specimens; Margaret Hurst, charged with malicious injury to property, was found guilty and was remanded on bail to the next criminal sittings, her husband undertaking to pay for the damage clone.
