[ Arrived — Ruahine, from London, via the Cape, early this morning, and will ! sale again at two o'clock tbis afternoon for Wellington, Adelaide, August 8. Further shocks of earthquake have occurred in the country. Mr Bachelor, Labour member, bas in troduced a bill to give effect to tbe referendum principle.
