STRAY CATTLE.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAB. Sir, —There was to-day (Tuesday) astray in Derby street an Alderney bull, to the danger of women, children, and pedestrians generally. I hope our new poundkeeper will see that he is impounded at once if still astray, as the owner deserves a heavy fine for allowing so dangerous an animal to wander at large. I am, &c, Burgess.
