o (Per Press Association.) London, July '21. The sitting members have been returned for Accrington, Barnsley, Newton, Aetrincham and Normanton. The Unionists gain Hey wood (Lancashire S.E.), where Kemp beat Snape (Liberal) the sitting member. July 23^ The Tories gain Doncaster, where Fessows was elected. The latest returns are : — Unionists ... ... 854 Liberals 116 Parnellites ... ... 7 Anti-Paruellites ... ... 54 The Post doubts whether the new Government will adhere to the lines of Lord Ripon's despatch. The Times hints that the Government will re-organise the London County Council. July 23. ' The following have been elected : — Younger, Tory, for Stamford ; Doogan, auti-Parnellite, East Tyrone ; Cameron, Liberal, Houghton. The following have been re-elected : — T. R. Buchanan, Aberdeenshire East ; Lambert, South Moulton ; Michael, Donegal South ; Fergusson, Laughborough ; Sir J. Kitson, Colne Valley. The latter defeated Tom Mann by 1300 votes.
