Charge Against a Policeman.
_■ — (Per Press Associaiton.) Dunedin, July 16. Constable William Davis was fined 50s and costs to-day on a charge of assaulting a woman. Five citizens, who were standing outside the Club, swore they saw Davis kick the woman very severely before arresting her.
