— <.— CHOLERA AND PLAGUE RAGING. (Per Press Associaiton.) Sydney, July 14. News by the Chatherthun, which has just arrived with new teas, states that half the town of Nilgata has been burned. Two thousand four hundred houses were destroyed, and several perished in the flames. Cholera is raging in Saigon aud Cholou and many deaths are recorded. The plague in Hong Hong is abating, only sixteen deaths being reported in the last three months. The premises of the Chinese inland mission at Painiug Fu has been wrecked by rioters. The missionaries lied to the city to escape being killed.
