The Auckland Election.
(PKK PRESS ASSOCIATION) Auckland, July 10. Mr Richard Monk is out for the city, on the platform of a three-fifths majority for prohibition, non-borrowing and op posed to Socialistic labour legislation. Mr Fawcus has arrived. It is stated that he has resigned his position in the Government Printing Office. He has placed himself entirely in the "hands of the Central Council, who rcjeet to-mor-row, and will abide by their decision.
