(PKll MIESS ASSOCIATION) WBM.INGTOJJ. 1 his Day Mr Martin, S.M., gave judgment today in the case which Catherine Russell claimed £200 damages from Charles Wallace, oyster saloon keeper, allowing he had contracted a bigamous marriage w^fcb her- The Magistrate said he bclievecl'WaHaee'p firs* wjfo was living, and there had been urisroprcGeptovbipu, but the plaintiff was aware of the fact, and had agreed to throw in a lot with defendant, therefore only nominal damages of 20s and 21s costs would be allowed.
