MIRACULOUS^ESCAPE FROM ICEBERGS. (Per Press Association^) Melbourne, This Day. The barque B. Webster was beset with a hurricane for almost eighteen days and had a miraculous escape from collision with icebergs. One morning it was found that she had been all night in company with formidable ice blocks. The wheel was smashed by a sea and the cabin stove in. The crew managed to keep down the leak after a portion of the cargo had been jettisoned.
