(Per Press Association.) London, June 18. At tbe Royal Ascot Meeting, to-day's chief events resulted as follows : — Ascot Stakes, 2 miles — Matchmaker 1, McNeil 2, Pride of the Sea 3. The Gold Vase, 2 miles— Florizel 1, Boxer 2, Son-of-a-Guu 3. At the Ascot meeting the Prince of Wales' colt, Persimmon won the Coventry Stakes.
