The Kiel Canal Festivities.
(Per j. J ress Association). Berlin. June 17. The French and Russian squadrons met in the Baltic and entered Kiel together. London, June 17. Reports are current in Hamburg that the Anarchists intend to attempt a great outrage at the opening of the Baltic Canal. The Duke of York sailed to-day to represent the Queen at the ceremony.
