During tbe forthcoming session the Fair Wages Bill will be introduced by the Minister af Labor, which provides that in all contracts with local bodies and the Government they must contain a clause requiring a rate of wag6s current in the district in the particular tr.de affected to be paid. The Masters and Apprentices Bill is to be reintroduced in a modified form, and also the Undesirable Immigrants Bill. The Japanese still come under the latter bill.
