The Pacific Cable.
(Per Press Association.) London, June 17. Only the Agents-General of New Zealand and Queensland co-operate with the Agent-General of Victoria in urging a Joint Commission to consider the construction of the Pacific cable. The Agents-General of South Australia, New South Wales, Tasmania and Western Australia do not, on behalf of their respective Governments approve of the proposal. ____»_■_»_—_■_-—
