I PER PEESS ASSOCIATION^ Dunedin, This Day. W. Kelly, ajjed 24, unmarried, a letter- sorter, and son of the late pilot Kelly, broke his neck on Saturday evening through falling down a narrow flight of steps at the rear of the post office. The steps were wet, and it is conjectured that he slipped.
