The House of Lords.
[Per Press Association | . London, June 11. In reply to a question in the House of Commons, Sir W r . V. Harcourt said that before the end of the session members would be in possession of Lord Rosebery's proposals with regard to the reform of the House of Lords, as foreshadowed iu the Prime Minister's speech at Bradford on the 29th October last.
