LAND AND INCOME TAX IN JEOPARDY. IPEB PEESS ASSOCIATION.) Sydney, This Day. Members complained it was being purposely kept back. It is believed the Council intend to hang the Bill up or else deal summarily with it. Should this be the case an early prorogation is certain.
