The Armenian Question.
(Per Press Association.) . Constantinople, June 7. Turkey has rejected the demands of the Great Powers with regard to the reforms in Armenia in tolu. The Sultan declares the reforms to be unnecessary, and denies the right of the Powers to interfere, as nothing unusual has occurred.
