FEILDING S.M. COURT.

The Feilding S.M. Court was adjourned today from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m., the S.M., Mr Stanford, being detained in Foxton. These adjournments have been very frequent during the past six or seven months, and considerable inconvenience has been caused thereby to litigants and their witnesses who are compelled to be punctual in their attendance at the Court. We do not suppose for one moment that Mr Stanford is to be blamed for these annoying adjournments on short notice, but we do think some alteration should be made in the mode of con ducting court business, and the con venience of this town and district studied a little more.
