(Per Press Association.) Christchurch. June 6. The case of Pyne and wife v. Black, Beattie and C 0.," in which the plaintiffs claimed £3000 damages on account of injuries sustained by Mrs Pyne through a roll of matting falling on her in defendants' shdp, was heard before Mi 1 Justice Denniston and a special jury of twelve today.
